Submissions under the ETIAS appeals procedure may be filed electronically via the ETIAS transmission platform in accordance with Article 108dquateror via one of the transmission channels in accordance with the APA1.
Communications from the Federal Administrative Court to a party or their representative shall be sent by the last method by which a submission was received in the same proceedings. The party may request the use of a different method.
The Federal Administrative Court and SEM shall always send procedural documents to each other via the ETIAS transmission platform.
