The cantonal data protection authorities and the FDPIC shall work together within the scope of their respective responsibilities.
The FDPIC shall supervise the processing of personal data related to Schengen cooperation. It shall coordinate its supervisory activities with the cantonal data protection authorities.
It shall work with the European Data Protection Supervisor in carrying out its duties; it is the national supervisory authority in this respect.
