Refugees are forbidden to travel to their native country or country of origin. If there is a justified suspicion that this ban on travel will be disregarded, SEM may ban all refugees from the native country or country of origin concerned from travelling to other states, and in particular to states neighbouring their native country or country of origin.
SEM may authorise a person to travel to a state subject to a travel ban in accordance with paragraph 1 second sentence if there is good cause for doing so.
