Art. 91 (RS 161.1)

  1. The Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions.
  2. The cantonal implementing legislation shall require the approval of the Confederation in order to be valid1. The cantonal legislation must be enacted within 18 months of the adoption of this Act by the Federal Assembly.
