1. **** The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) shall keep a list of the countries that have undertaken to grant market access to Switzerland.
2. **** It shall be published on the internet platform for public procurement¹operated by the Confederation and the cantons.
3. **** SECO shall answer questions on the commitments entered into.
