  1. Feiertage, die in eine Abwesenheit wegen Krankheit, Unfalls oder obligatorischen Dienstes fallen, gelten als bezogen.
  2. Feiertage nach Artikel 66 Absatz 2 BPV, die in die Ferien fallen, zählen nicht als Ferientage.1
