Die Artikel 83 Buchstabe zterund 117 Absatz 2 sind auf Beschwerden von beschwerdeberechtigten Organisationen, die bei Behörden oder Gerichten zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der Änderung vom 26. September 2025 hängig sind, unmittelbar anwendbar. Beschwerden, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Änderung vor Bundesgericht hängig sind, werden nach bisherigem Recht zu Ende geführt.
