Where the persons wishing to adopt have issue of their own, the latter’s attitude to the adoption must be taken into account.
Prior to the adoption of an adult, the attitude of following persons must also be taken into account:
the spouse or registered partner of the person to be adopted;
the biological parents of the person to be adopted
the issue of the person to be adopted, unless this is inadvisable due to their age or for other good cause.
These persons shall, if possible, be notified of the adoption decision.
