  1. The cantons which maintain the land register electronically may commission private individuals to:
  2. ensure access to the data in the land register in the retrieval process;
  3. ensure public access to the data of the main register which can be viewed without proof of interest;
  4. to carry out electronic transactions with the land register office.
  5. The commissioned individuals are subject to the oversight of the cantons and of the Confederation.
