  1. If the beneficiary files an objection, the land register office shall reassess the request for deletion at the request of the encumbered person.
  2. If the land register office concludes that the request should be granted despite the objection, it shall notify the beneficiary that it will delete the entry from the main register unless the beneficiary brings a court action to declare that the entry is of legal significance.
