The endorsement transfers all rights arising from the bill of exchange.
If it is a blank endorsement, the bearer may:
add his name or the name of another person to the endorsement;
endorse the bill further by blank endorsement or endorsement to a specified person;
negotiate the bill further without completing the blank endorsement and without endorsing it.
