The registered power of attorney and authority to act as commercial agent may be revoked at any time without prejudice to rights accruing to the parties concerned under any existing individual contract of employment, partnership agreement, mandate or the like.1
The death or incapacity of the owner of the business does not extinguish the registered power of attorney or authority to act as commercial agent.
