A limited partner is liable to third parties in the amount of his specific contribution as entered in the commercial register.
Where he has stated a higher amount to third parties or the partnership has done so with his knowledge, he is liable up to such higher amount.
Creditors are at liberty to show that the value ascribed to contributions in kind did not correspond to their real value at the time they were made.
