By amending the articles of association, the general meeting may divide the shares into shares with a lower nominal value or consolidate them into shares with a higher nominal value, provided the share capital1remains the same.
The consolidation of shares that are not listed on a stock exchange requires the consent of all the shareholders concerned.2
