The licence application shall be submitted in electronic form and on paper. It must be signed. If the application does not bear a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the Federal Act on Electronic Signatures of 18 March 20161, an approval receipt must be signed by hand and handed in on paper.
If the electronic submission of the application is not possible, the application must be submitted on paper. It must be signed by hand.
