  1. The declaration of priority within the meaning of the Paris Convention of 20 March 18831for the Protection of Industrial Property shall include the following information:
    1. the date of the first filing;
    2. the country in which or for which the filing was made.
  2. The priority document consists of a certificate of the first filing from the competent authority indicating the filing or registration number of the trade mark.
