  1. Article 23 paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis for the cancellation of a trade mark registration on the grounds of non-use of the trade mark.
  2. The IPI may suspend proceedings if the decision on the cancellation depends on the outcome of civil proceedings or other proceedings.
