The IPI shall publish:

  1. the registration of the trade mark including the information under Article 40 paragraph 1 letters a–f and paragraph 2 letters a–e;
  2. the entries under Article 40 paragraph 3;
  3. the information under Article 40 paragraph 4 where its publication appears appropriate.
