This Title applies to European patent applications and European patents with effect in Switzerland.
The other provisions of this Act apply except where the Convention of 5 October 19731on the Grant of European Patents (European Patent Convention) or this Title provides otherwise.
The text of the European Patent Convention that binds Switzerland takes precedence over this Act.
