  1. Ongoing procedures before the Cartel Commission relating to agreements affecting competition shall be suspended on the commencement of this Act; if necessary, they shall be continued in accordance with the new law after the expiry of a period of six months.
  2. New procedures before the Competition Commission relating to agreements affecting competition may at the earliest be started six months after the commencement of this Act, unless the potential addressees of a ruling have asked for an investigation to be conducted sooner. Preliminary investigations may be conducted at any time.
  3. Final and non-appealable rulings and recommendations accepted in accordance with the Cartel Act of 20 December 19851, including matters relating to sanctions, shall continue to be governed by the previous law.
