Wird eine Konkursforderung erst nach erfolgter Auflegung des Kollokationsplanes eingegeben, so hat eine Publikation der Verfügung über sie nur zu erfolgen, wenn sie ganz oder teilweise zugelassen wird. Wird sie vollständig abgewiesen, so genügt die blosse Anzeige davon an den Gläubiger. Vorbehalten bleiben die Artikel 65 und 66.
