Repeal and Amendment of Current Federal Legislation

I. Repeal of Current Federal Legislation

The following are repealed:

  1. the Federal Act of 25 June 18911on the Civil Law Status of Immigrants and Temporary Residents;
  2. Article 418b paragraph 2 of the Code of Obligations2;
  3. Article 14 of the Final and Transitional Provisions to the Code of Obligations;
  4. Article 85 of the Road Traffic Act of 19 December 19583;
  5. Article 30 of the Federal Act of 26 September 18904on the Protection of Manufacturers’ and Trade Marks, Designations of Origin of Goods and Commercial Brands;
  6. Article 14 paragraph 3 of the Federal Act of 30 March 19005on Industrial Designs and Models;
  7. Article 41 paragraph 2 of the Federal Act of 20 March 19756on the Protection of Plant Varieties.
