  1. Wer Geräte, deren Bestandteile oder Datenverarbeitungsprogramme, die zur unbefugten Entschlüsselung codierter Rundfunkprogramme oder Fernmeldedienste bestimmt und geeignet sind, herstellt, einführt, ausführt, durchführt, in Verkehr bringt oder installiert, wird, auf Antrag, mit Busse bestraft.1
  2. Versuch und Gehilfenschaft sind strafbar.
