Wer jemanden auf eine Weise beharrlich verfolgt, belästigt oder bedroht, die geeignet ist, seine Lebensgestaltungsfreiheit erheblich zu beschränken, wird, auf Antrag, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
