Wer aus selbstsüchtigen Beweggründen jemanden zum Selbstmord verleitet oder ihm dazu Hilfe leistet, wird, wenn der Selbstmord ausgeführt oder versucht wurde, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
