Die Verjährung beginnt mit dem Tag, an dem das Urteil rechtlich vollstreckbar wird. Bei der bedingten Strafe oder beim vorausgehenden Vollzug einer Massnahme beginnt sie mit dem Tag, an dem der Vollzug der Strafe angeordnet wird.
