Als Nachweis der Zustellung wird eine datierte und vom Empfänger unterschriebene Empfangsbestätigung oder eine Erklärung des zustellenden Beamten übermittelt, welche die Form und das Datum der Zustellung sowie gegebenenfalls die Verweigerung der Annahme des Schriftstückes bescheinigt.
