(Art. 17 VPETA)
Cantonal authorities shall appoint examiners to organise final examinations upon completion of VET programmes. The corresponding professional organisations shall have the right to propose examiners.
During the qualification procedure, examiners shall write down the results, their observations and any objections raised by the candidates.
Candidates with disabilities shall be given the special aids or additional time that they may reasonably require.
In fields taught in two languages, all or part of the examination may be given in the second language.
The bodies responsible for organising the examination shall decide whether the candidate may be issued the corresponding upper-secondary level vocational qualification.
