(Art. 45 and 46 VPETA)

1. The part-time trainers and teachers are individuals who train and teach others in addition to their work in the corresponding field.
2. The individual’s main job takes up at least half of the standard workweek.
3. Individuals who train or teach less than an average of four hours per week shall not be subject to the provisions of Article 45 letter c and Article 46 paragraph 2 letter b no. 2.
