The members of the Executive Committee and other personnel shall be subject to:
1. the FPA¹; and
2. the Implementing Provisions to the FPA, insofar as the Board of Directors does not decide otherwise under paragraph 2 below.
The Board of Directors shall, where necessary, issue additional implementing provisions on employment contracts; said provisions shall require Federal Council approval.
