The annual report shall be comprised of the annual financial statements (individual financial statements) and the management report.
The annual financial statements shall be comprised of a balance sheet, income statement and notes to the annual financial statements.
The management report shall include, in particular, information on risk management, personnel policy priorities and the vested interests of members of Innosuisse bodies and the experts referred to in Article 10 paragraph 2.
The annual financial statements and management report shall be audited by the Auditing Body.
