Art. 3

Cultural monuments pursuant to Article 12 paragraph 1^bisletter a NCHA are:

1. cultural property pursuant to Article 1 paragraph 1 letters a and b of the Ordinance of 29 October 2014¹on the Protection of Cultural Property during Armed Conflicts, Disasters and Emergencies;
2. cultural monuments of national and regional importance that are recorded in inventories other than the Federal Inventory of Swiss Heritage Sites of National Importance that the Confederation compiles and keeps on the basis of the NCHA;
3. cultural monuments of national and regional importance for which federal subsidies pursuant to Article 13 NCHA have been granted.
