Irrespective of whether the Federal Act of 16 March 20121on the Trade in Protected Animal and Plant Species (FA-CITES) or the amendment of 15 June 2012 to the AniPA comes into force first, Articles 27 paragraph 1, 31 and 32 paragraph 5 AniPA shall be amended as follows on the commencement of the Act that comes into force later or if both come into force at the same time:
