Wesentliche Änderungen betreffend die Zahl oder Art der Tiere, die Art ihres Einsatzes, die Räume, Gehege oder Einrichtungen oder die Voraussetzungen betreffend Tierpflege sind im Voraus zu melden. Die kantonale Behörde entscheidet, ob eine neue Bewilligung notwendig ist.
