Wird ein wesentlicher oder besonders konstruierter Waffenbestandteil in einer Waffenhandlung durch einen neuen ersetzt, so ist für den Erwerb des neuen Bestandteils keine Ausnahmebewilligung erforderlich, wenn der ersetzte Bestandteil beim Inhaber oder der Inhaberin der Waffenhandelsbewilligung bleibt.
