(Art. 53 Abs. 3, 61 Abs. 1, 62 Abs. 2 und 65 Abs. 2 ZG) Waren können nur zur Ausfuhr veranlagt und anschliessend in einem offenen Zolllager oder in einem Zollfreilager eingelagert werden, wenn die Erwerberin oder der Erwerber der Ware ihren oder seinen Sitz oder Wohnsitz ausserhalb des Zollgebiets hat.
