(Art. 130 ZG) Bei Einfuhren landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse, für die Kontingentszollansätze festgelegt sind und die widerrechtlich zum Kontingentszollansatz oder einem reduzierten Ansatz eingeführt wurden, kann das Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft die Abgabendifferenz im Auftrag des BAZG in Rechnung stellen. Das Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft informiert das BAZG darüber.
