(Art. 15 Abs. 2 ZG) Wer über nach Artikel 7 der Verordnung vom 7. Dezember 19981über die Ein- und Ausfuhr von Gemüse, Obst und Gartenbauerzeugnissen (VEAGOG) auf Handelsstufe noch vorhandene landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse verfügt, muss für diese Erzeugnisse eine neue Zollanmeldung einreichen.
