Wer die in Artikel 31 vorgeschriebenen Aufzeichnungen vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig nicht oder nur mangelhaft führt oder die periodischen Meldungen an die Steuerbehörde ganz oder teilweise unterlässt, wird mit Busse bis zu 10 000 Franken bestraft.
