Der zugelassene Lagerinhaber muss die Rückerstattung nach Artikel 18 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b des Gesetzes schriftlich bei der Steuerbehörde beantragen. Dem Antrag sind die Beweismittel beizulegen, insbesondere über die Auslagerung, die Versteuerung und die Wiedereinlagerung der Ware im zugelassenen Lager.
