Besteht Gefahr, dass Teile des Nachlasses oder des Vermögens der in Artikel 155 Absatz 1 DBG genannten Personen der Inventaraufnahme entzogen werden, so ordnet die Inventarbehörde unverzüglich nach Bekanntwerden des Todesfalles und vor oder während der Inventaraufnahme die sofortige Siegelung an, sofern nicht ohnehin eine Siegelung nach kantonalem Recht stattfindet.
