Die Steuer ist auf den einzelnen gemäss Artikel 6 Absatz 2 VStG steuerbaren Geldgewinnen aus Lotterien und Geschicklichkeitsspielen zur Verkaufsförderung zu berechnen; sie ist aufgrund der Abrechnung auf amtlichem Formular innert 30 Tagen nach der Resultatermittlung unaufgefordert der ESTV zu entrichten.
