Die Steuer auf Versicherungsleistungen, gegen deren Meldung Einspruch erhoben wurde, ist aufgrund der Abrechnung nach amtlichem Formular innert 30 Tagen nach Ablauf jedes Monats für die in diesem Monat erbrachten Leistungen unaufgefordert der ESTV zu entrichten.
