Wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig einer Vorschrift dieses Gesetzes oder einer Ausführungsverordnung oder einer auf Grund solcher Vorschriften an ihn gerichteten Einzelverfügung trotz Mahnung nicht Folge leistet, wird mit Busse bis zu 200 Franken bestraft.
