Wiederherstellung einer Frist kann erteilt werden, wenn der Ersatzpflichtige unverschuldet abgehalten worden ist, innert der Frist zu handeln, binnen zehn Tagen nach Wegfall des Hindernisses ein begründetes Begehren um Wiederherstellung einreicht und die versäumte Rechtshandlung nachholt.
