Wer Signale, Pfähle oder andere Zeichen, die bei einer Vermessung, Aussteckung oder Profilierung zum Zwecke einer Enteignung auf Grund dieses Gesetzes angebracht wurden, beseitigt, beschädigt oder verändert, wird, sofern nicht nach dem Strafgesetzbuch1eine schwerere Strafe angedroht ist, mit Busse bis zu 300 Franken bestraft.
