(Art. 10 WRFA)

1. The emergency regulations in accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 letter b must contain at least the following documents:
   1. maps showing the areas that may be flooded in the event of the failure of the dam or auxiliary installations (flood zones) and information on the time to flooding and the extent of flooding;
   2. a dossier on operational procedures in the event of an emergency (operational procedures dossier).
2. The supervisory authority shall send a copy of the documents to the cantons concerned and to the Federal Office for Civil Protection (FOCP).
