Art. 27

(Art. 12 para. 1 WRFA)

1. Based on the documents in accordance with Article 25, the cantons concerned shall prepare plans for evacuating the population (evacuation plans).
2. They shall provide the population with information about the evacuation plans and allow them to inspect the flood maps at any time.
3. The cantons shall submit a copy of the evacuation plans to the SFOE and the FOCP.
4. The cantons shall regularly review the evacuation plans and submit any updates or amendments that may be made to the SFOE and the FOCP.
5. The FOCP is responsible for supervising the implementation of this provision.
