(Art. 6 para. 8 and Art. 25 let. a WRFA)

1. The supervisory authority monitors the construction. In particular, it verifies whether it complies with the approved plans.
2. During the construction work, the holder of planning approval must submit the documentation specified therein to the supervisory authority (Art. 8 para. 2 and 3).
