Die Vorprojekte für Landumlegungen sind dem ASTRA einzureichen. Dieses stellt fest, ob die Interessen des Strassenbaus gewahrt sind. Bei Güterzusammenlegungen lässt es die Einhaltung der Beitragsvorschriften durch das Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft und durch das Bundesamt für Umwelt überprüfen.
